Course Objective: This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of business management, emphasizing the challenges faced by small businesses and effective sources of funding. Participants will learn the essentials of marketing, including the “Four P’s” (Product, Pricing, Promotion, Placement) and additional key aspects like People, Process, and Physical Evidence, while exploring modern marketing trends. The course will cover advertising strategies, the origins and approaches of relationship marketing, customer orientation, and market research techniques to improve customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, the course will introduce foundational concepts of management and customer relationship management (CRM) to enhance business success.
